At Velonixshop, customer satisfaction is important.

**Non-Returnable Items**
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, most kitchen and bathroom accessories are **not eligible for standard returns or exchanges** after purchase.
- This applies to items that come into direct contact with water, food, or personal hygiene.

**Defective or Damaged Items**
- If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us via **Shopify Inbox** immediately.
- After verification, the defective/damaged product will be **replaced and sent back to you** at no additional cost.

**Order Cancellation**
- Orders can be cancelled within **1 hour** of purchase. After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as the order may have already been processed.
