Welcome to Velonixshop! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Velonixshop sells kitchen and bathroom accessories through our online store.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

**2. Orders and Payment**
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Payment is processed securely via Shopify’s payment system.
- Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

**3. Shipping & Delivery**
- All products are shipped from our UK-based warehouse.
- Standard and express shipping options are available and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- Velonixshop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

**4. Returns and Refunds**
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, most kitchen and bathroom accessories are **non-returnable and non-exchangeable**.
- Defective or damaged products can be reported via **Shopify Inbox** immediately. After verification, replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

**5. Order Cancellation**
- Orders can be cancelled within **1 hour** of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be processed.

**6. Limitation of Liability**
- Velonixshop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement as stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

**7. Intellectual Property**
- All content, images, logos, and text on this website are the property of Velonixshop and may not be used without permission.

**8. Changes to Terms**
- Velonixshop reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. 
- Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
